This policy explains how DSSC TMPSS handles event photography, video, gallery content and other media published as part of the Society’s communications and institutional archive.
Effective date: 6 October 2026
Photographs, videos and related media are used to record Society activities, preserve community history, recognise teachers and past students, and support official Society communications.
Society gatherings may be photographed or recorded for archival and communications purposes. By attending a Society event, participants acknowledge that they may appear in general event coverage unless a specific privacy arrangement has been agreed with the Society in advance.
Teacher photographs and related profile content form part of the Society’s teacher archive and are subject to review under the Teacher Information Policy. Historical photographs and records may be incomplete and may be updated as more accurate information becomes available.
Community contributors confirm they have the right to share submitted media and that it may be moderated and published as part of the Society archive. Requests to correct captions or review specific published media may be submitted through the Contact page. Removal is not automatic in every case, particularly for historical archive material, but genuine concerns will be considered in good faith.
For privacy, ticketing, media or community matters, please contact the Society through the official contact channels.
