These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the official website and digital services of the D.S. Senanayake College Tamil Medium Past Students’ Society (DSSC TMPSS). By using this website, you agree to these Terms and the related Society policies.

This website is provided for Society communications, event information, ticket booking, archives, teacher records, news, gallery content and community engagement. It is an official digital platform of DSSC TMPSS and is not intended as professional legal, financial or other advice.
Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy, Event & Ticket Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Media Policy and Teacher Information Policy.
Memories, photographs, teacher information and other contributions may be moderated before publication. Submitting content does not guarantee publication. The Society may edit, decline, delay or remove material that is inaccurate, inappropriate, unlawful or inconsistent with the purpose of the Society archive.
Event registrations, seat holds, payment verification, ticket issuance and check-in are governed by the Event & Ticket Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Submitting a payment receipt does not, by itself, confirm a ticket.
Event details, programmes and other published information may change. Historical and archive material may be updated as more accurate information becomes available. The Society does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or booking systems. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; DSSC TMPSS is not responsible for external content or practices.
Website content — including text, branding, photographs, videos, design and archive materials — is owned by or licensed to DSSC TMPSS unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised copying, redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSSC TMPSS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, event changes, booking issues, third-party service failures or temporary unavailability of the platform.
