This policy governs information published in the Society’s Teachers archive, including biographies, photographs, service details, memories and testimonials.

The Teachers section preserves the contribution of educators associated with the Tamil Medium journey at D.S. Senanayake College. It is a curated institutional archive, not an open public directory. Content is published only after Society review.
Profiles are curated by Society administrators and are not published automatically. Only information that has been reviewed and accepted should appear on public teacher profiles.
Where a teacher or authorised representative requests that certain details not be published, the Society will consider the request in good faith, balancing privacy with the archival purpose of the Teachers section. Correction or removal requests may be submitted via the Contact page.
DSSC TMPSS reserves the right to edit, decline, delay, archive or remove content that is inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, unverifiable or inconsistent with the purpose of the archive.
